1. General
Humbledance.ee sells passes to dance workshops and camps taking place on specific dates in Estonia. Under Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 53(4)(12) and EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) Art. 16(l), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure service contracts for a specific date or period. By completing your purchase you confirm that you have been informed of and accept this.
2. All Sales Are Final
All passes are sold on a no-refund basis. Once a purchase is completed, no refund will be issued except in the limited circumstances set out below.
3. Exceptions — Refunds Are Issued Only When:
- The organiser cancels the event entirely — a full 100% refund will be issued within 14 business days.
- The organiser reschedules the event and the buyer cannot attend the new date — a full 100% refund will be issued, provided the buyer notifies us within 7 days of the new date being announced.
4. Rescheduled Events
If an event is rescheduled, your pass is automatically valid for the new date. No refund will be issued if the buyer accepts or does not object to the new date within the 7-day window stated above.
5. Passes Are Non-Transferable
Passes are personal and tied to the specific purchaser and event. They may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged for another event or person. No exceptions will be made.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (epidemic, natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent an event from taking place, the organiser reserves the right to reschedule. No refund will be issued if the event is rescheduled and takes place on a new date.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the exceptions above, email info@humbledance.ee with the subject line “Refund Request – [Event Name]” and include your purchase confirmation. We will respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Harju County Court. Consumers also have the right to refer disputes to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (tarbijakaitseamet.ee) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
